Our Journey

HKC Construction began in 2010 with a clear vision and a strong work ethic. Founded by Helen and Kosta Mentis, the company started with a focus on renovation projects for property management companies. With every project we completed, we built our reputation on trust, quality, and care.

What began as a small team with a passion for construction has grown into a well-respected general contracting company serving commercial, industrial, and retail clients across Ontario. Today, we specialize in complete design-build projects, tenant improvements, facility upgrades, and large-scale renovations. Throughout our growth, we have remained committed to the same values that guided us from the very beginning.
