Responsibilities

- Oversee multiple construction projects from a senior level

- Develop and enforce company-wide construction standards and safety protocols

- Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders

- Drive strategic initiatives for operational improvement

- Manage overall financial performance of construction projects

Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management

- Extensive experience leading large-scale commercial projects

- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets

- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
