Responsibilities

- Oversee all phases of retail construction projects from planning to handover

- Coordinate with clients, designers, landlords, and vendors

- Manage project schedules and budgets to meet strict deadlines

- Ensure quality control and adherence to brand specifications

- Procure materials and manage subcontractor relationships

- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in retail construction project management

- Strong knowledge of retail fit-out processes and materials

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficient in project management software

- Experience working with major retail brands is a plus
