Once we review your initial application, our procurement team will reach out to request your Certificate of Insurance, WSIB/WCB clearance, and Safety Policy.

Approval & Onboarding

Upon verification, your company is added to our Vendor of Record database, making you eligible for tender invitations.

While you don't need to upload files today, please ensure you have access to the following current documents for the verification stage:

WSIB / WCB Clearance (Valid & Current)
Certificate of Insurance (Commercial Liability)
Health & Safety Policy (Table of contents or full manual)
COR Certification (Optional but preferred)
