About the role

HKC Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee key client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. This role involves coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors, defining project scope, ensuring resource availability, and tracking project progress. The Project Manager will work closely with clients and stakeholders, manage risks, maintain project documentation, and delegate tasks to suit team strengths. Creativity, leadership, and the ability to manage client relationships are crucial.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and diagramming tools

- Ability to lead, delegate, and manage project tasks effectively

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial analysis and risk management

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
